Suppliers will be rated and assessed every month in terms of delivery timeliness, delivery quality and other dimensions;Provide rectification suggestions and guidance to suppliers with lower evaluation levels;Suppliers with poor monthly performance will be eliminated every quarter to ensure the safety and stability of the entire supply chain.
